Since we opened we have seen many clients who have severe allergies to personal care products. This is just one of the reasons we chose to be a toxin-free Spa. It is an absolute joy to be able to treat a client who has not had a facial in over 10 years because her skin previously broke out with the products that were being used. We even have a few products that are free of essential oils for those that are extra sensitive. elia is free of parabens, synthetic fragrance, phthalates, mineral oil, dyes and hundreds of other ingredients that are commonly found in products we use everyday. These ingredients can cause skin irritation and allergic reactions, some of which are known to be harmful to your body. Our goal is to provide a safe environment for everyone without compromise.
From the Founder: Nichole Nace
As a child of a salon owner, I used to help my mom book appointments, count inventory and most importantly learn how to take care of a guest. In 2002 I started my first job at a destination Spa and I never looked back. I've always had a passion for skin since I was a little girl. We have 3 (soon to be 4) incredible children and as they developed terrible eczema my eyes started to open to all of the harmful ingredients found in everyday skincare....yes, even in baby products. I quickly detoxed our house and found products that I knew would be safe for my family. When we decided to open elia I knew it had to be a toxin-free spa to be able to serve everyone.
